Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking an Infant Nutrition Lab Technician to support the NICU and other facilities. You will prepare and deliver infant formula and donor milk, maintain the nutrition lab, and assist with inventory and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and preferred experience in healthcare with basic math and strong customer-service skills. Training on Lawson and safety protocols will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience: 6 months customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• License/Certifications: Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.
• Skills: Basic math and algebra; accurate calculator use.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Tech: Intermediate computer skills; ability to read/write and follow instructions.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of infant formulas and fortification process.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and deliver infant nutrition, formulas, and donor milk following diet orders.
• Maintain infant nutrition lab and human milk supply; manage storage and inventory.
• Verify orders in electronic system and document patient charges.
• Order formula products and supplies through Lawson; track expiration dates.
• Ensure proper documentation for human milk and formula processes.
