Job summary

The Learning Experience - Parker is seeking an experienced Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom.

We are looking for a caring, creative individual passionate about working with infants and helping young learners develop academically and emotionally. State licensing requirements apply; an associate degree in ECE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be able to mentor teachers and collaborate with center staff.
• Strong communication with families and staff is essential.
• Experience with infants and classroom management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to learn, play and grow.
• Mentor less experienced teachers and support professional development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and explore.
