Job summary

The Learning Experience - Farmers Branch is seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher for our infant/early childhood program. You will create a vibrant classroom where children learn through play, grow socially and emotionally, and develop a love of learning.

We seek a caring, creative educator with a minimum of two years of teaching experience and the appropriate credentials. State licensing applies; join a team dedicated to high-quality preschool education.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional teaching experience required.
• CDA or an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children's adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
• Support center success, partnering with staff and leadership to boost enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
