Job summary

Home Work Staffing seeks a dedicated, long-term nanny for a 3-month-old in Lower Manhattan. This full-time, hands-on role centers on infant care, with occasional travel to an upstate second home.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional later evenings on one day/week and advance notice. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of nanny experience, fluent Spanish, CPR/First Aid certification, vaccinations up-to-date, and the ability to track feeding via an app.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Up to date on standard vaccinations (COVID-19, flu, Tdap).
• Able to provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide full care for a 3-month-old, following the family's feeding and sleep routines.
• Plan active outings — park visits, playdates, and age-appropriate activities.
• Track feeding and schedule details via app as directed by parents.
• Light household tasks during nap times (laundry, grocery shopping, light meal prep).
• Occasional travel with the family to their upstate home.
• Occasional flexibility for one later evening per week, with advance notice.
