Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of infant developmental stages and best practices.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to infant milestones
• Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and stimulating classroom
• Monitor and document each infant's growth and daily activities
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress
• Maintain a clean, organized infant classroom and comply with licensing
• Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to infant developmental milestones
• Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants in a safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and document each infant's growth, development, and daily activities
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe infant classroom in compliance with state licensing regulations
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and center staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols specific to infant care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of infant developmental stages and best practices in early childhood education
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements for lead teaching staff
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for nurturing and educating infants in a safe, loving environment
