The Learning Experience in Kentucky is seeking a Lead Infants Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for preschool children. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and partner with families to support early learning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for the education and care of children.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred or 6 months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum with engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support a positive classroom culture.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s development and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
