The Learning Experience - Blue Ash is looking for an Infant Teacher to create a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play using our L.E.A.P curriculum. You will nurture development in a safe environment and partner with families to support growth.

We seek candidates with 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required). State licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support play and learning.
• Communicate with parents about children’s adventures and progress via apps and discussions.
