The Learning Experience in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to nurture early development within a caring classroom environment.

Lead with our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants and toddlers, communicating regularly with families and collaborating with center staff to promote enrollment and engagement. A relevant degree or diploma qualifies you for this rewarding role in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants and toddlers to learn and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to support young minds and foster a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
