Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDA or related credentials preferred.
• Infant classroom experience preferred.
• Lead Teacher experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an infant classroom in a safe, nurturing, engaging environment.
• Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules.
• Create age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning activities.
• Support physical, cognitive, language, and social‑emotional development.
• Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements.
• Observe progress and maintain classroom documentation.
• Communicate regularly with families and guide Assistant Teachers.
