The Malvern School of Warrington is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Infant classroom. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and focuses on delivering a high-quality early childhood program.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, demonstrates strong classroom leadership, and communicates effectively with families while upholding The Malvern School philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field as required for Lead Teacher.
• Alternative: degree with 30 credits in ECE and 1 year experience.
• Alternative: Associate’s with 2 years experience.
• Alternative: Associate’s with 30 credits and 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement a superior Early Childhood Education program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents in person and through technology.
