The Malvern School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Infant classroom at The Malvern School of Warrington. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and offers a supportive environment with opportunities for curriculum design and professional development.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (with appropriate credits/experience) or an associate’s degree with several years of teaching experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 30 credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree with 30 credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
