Job summary

Celebree School of Plano at Los Rios is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing environment. You will implement Celebree's infant curriculum and help guide aides in early childhood education, fostering growth and exploration.

You will create developmentally appropriate activities, ensure a safe, clean classroom, and maintain accurate paperwork. Monday through Friday shifts are available, with a focus on building caring relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with infants, offering guidance.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
