Job summary

Celebree School™ is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape the early years with a nurturing, developmentally appropriate approach. You will implement age-appropriate activities, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

In this role you will guide classroom aides, ensure compliance with state regulations, and deliver engaging lessons that reflect Celebree's values while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment for children and parents alike.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher qualifications as approved by the governing State agency.
• Understand child development and licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants and toddlers, offering guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and policies.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans following Celebree's curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space that supports curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
