Job summary

Bright Beginning Kids is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants. You will support early development and build strong relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, tracking progress, and collaborating with staff while adhering to licensing guidelines. This role offers ongoing training and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with infants or early childhood education preferred.
• CDA, ECE degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and reliable.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
