Salary range: $14-$18/hr. Hours: 38-40 hours/week, with no nights or weekends.

Teacher Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily classroom operations
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities
• Work directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associate
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently within organizational policies
• Dependable, adaptable, team-oriented
• Calmly address stressful situations and multi-task effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; infants require proper lifting techniques
• Meet background check requirements
