Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist for our Avondale/Goodyear area and Glendale, AZ clinics. The role involves performing 3D imaging for infants, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, and assisting with appointment scheduling.

Training is provided; prior childcare, teaching, retail or medical imaging experience is welcomed. This is an hourly, full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for or working with infants/children.
• Customer service experience in high-end settings, teaching, or medical imaging preferred.
• Willingness to learn imaging technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Create a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Medical office duties: answering phones, cleaning rooms, room patients.
