Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience with infants; 1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.
• Must meet state requirements for an Early Childhood Teacher position.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for infants.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support early learning and development.
• Build strong relationships with families through updates, photos, and milestones.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership to maintain a positive workplace.
• Model best practices in early childhood education and guide assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety standards.
