Qualifications

• Prior infant classroom experience preferred.
• Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
• Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision.
• Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Observe and support developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progress.
• Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements.
