Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a devoted Nanny & House Manager to support our family in Miami, FL. The role combines primary infant care with thoughtful household management, ensuring our home runs smoothly, safely, and with warmth.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a focus on nurturing development, organizing daily routines, errands, and light housekeeping, while coordinating with caregivers and meeting our family\'s evolving needs. CPR/First Aid and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional childcare experience, preference for infant care
• Infant CPR and First Aid certified
• Vaccinations up-to-date per AAP/CDC guidelines (+ flu)
• Reliable transportation preferred; mileage reimbursement for errands
• Smoke-free environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• English fluency required
• College education or ECD background strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary caregiver for an infant during core hours
• Engage in age-appropriate activities including outdoor time, reading, and play
• Prepare bottles and assist with feeding routines
• Keep baby's room and play areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with travel preparation for family trips
• Maintain household organization and daily resets
• Prepare home ahead of biweekly cleaners
• Develop organizational systems for closets and gear
• Light indoor plant care and air purifier maintenance
• Oversee vendors and run errands as needed
