Sage Haus in New York, NY seeks a seasoned Household Manager & Family Assistant to care for an infant/child and manage daily household operations. The role covers childcare, meal planning, errands, calendar management, and vendor coordination; start ASAP with a salary of $90,000–$105,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional infant/childcare and household support experience.
• Reliable transportation access to the family’s home.
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain upon employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Vaccinations up to date per AAC and CDC guidelines.
• Excellent English communication skills; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual and/or globally-minded a plus.

Responsabilités

• Infant/childcare and family support aligned with parents' approach.
• Maintain organized household systems and daily routines.
• Coordinate with cleaners and other household support.
• Prepare home for guests, holidays, and special occasions.
• Manage shopping, inventory, and routine errands.
• Oversee laundry and wardrobe care.
• Provide administrative calendar support and follow-up on tasks.
• Coordinate vendor and building-related coordination.
• Oversee vehicle upkeep coordination when needed.
