The role blends hands-on newborn care with building organized systems, managing shopping, laundry, and household projects, and serving as a calm, reliable partner to the family.

You will work 15–20 hours weekly at $30–$35 per hour, with a temporary weekday schedule during transition and potential full-time duties as the family’s needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Infant care experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Smoker-free environment.
• Fragrance-free required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Comfortable around dogs.
• Vaccinations up to date per AAP/CDC guidelines (TDAP, COVID-19, flu) subject to legal accommodations.
• Current Infant CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary infant caregiver during transition period (about 3 months).
• Create and maintain household organization systems and routines.
• Handle laundry and linen care for the family.
• Run household errands and manage inventory and supplies.
• Support with packing/unpacking for travel and assist with seasonal decorating.
