Job summary

Let Them Be Little LLC in New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate cares for infants 6 weeks to 12 months with a safe, loving, and stimulating environment to support development across emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.

The role requires collaboration with co-teachers, adherence to licensing and safety standards, and regular communication with families about progress and milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or able to meet state licensing requirements for infant care (CPR/First Aid certification, background checks).
• Experience with infants in licensed childcare preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and individualized care for infants 6 weeks to 12 months.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Follow each child’s schedule for feeding, diapering, and napping
• Foster relationships with children and families through daily communication and updates
• Maintain attendance, feeding, diapering logs, and developmental observations
• Collaborate with co‑teachers and staff to implement curriculum and routines
• Sanitize toys, equipment, and surfaces per health and safety regulations
• Ensure licensing regulations and center policies are followed
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development
• Communicate progress and milestones with parents
• Support transitions between activities with patience and predictability
