Job summary

The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking an Infant Assistant Teacher to nurture and care for infants in a safe, loving setting. You will assist the Lead Teacher, support early learning activities, and help each baby reach developmental milestones with individualized attention.

Qualifications

• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Infant/Toddler certification is a plus but not required.
• Caring, dependable, and team-oriented.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with infant care routines including feeding, diapering, and naps.
• Support sensory activities and early learning experiences.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher.
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards.

Location: The Learning Experience – Milford, MA

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to help provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you’ll help children reach important developmental milestones while ensuring every baby receives individualized care and attention.
