The Learning Experience – Milford, MA is seeking a nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to care for infants in a safe, engaging classroom. You will support the Lead Teacher and help babies reach early milestones.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a competitive hourly pay of $19.00, and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Infant/Toddler certification is a plus but not required.
• Caring, dependable, and team-oriented.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with infant care routines including feeding, diapering, and naps
• Support sensory activities and early learning experiences
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards
