Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is hiring Assistant Teachers to inspire lifelong learners in a dynamic child care environment. You will help maintain a safe, engaging classroom and support children’s growth through observation and planned activities.

Strong communication with families is essential, and you will participate in ongoing training on childcare concepts. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits including health insurance and education assistance.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.04-18.74 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
