Job summary

Learning Care Group in Canton Charter Township, MI is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschoolers while modeling best practices for a caring team.

You will create engaging, hands-on lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, manage the classroom, and ensure licensing guidelines and center standards are met.

By building warm, ongoing relationships with families you’ll support each child’s growth and help our center thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state licensing and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
