JHR in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Damper Technician to build, service, and test dampers for the Race Team cars. You will participate in damper development and attend post-rig tests with Team 7, bringing precision and a strong hands-on approach.
You will conduct dyno testing, organize components, and assist in damper/spring changes during events, working closely with the Race Engineer to optimize performance.
Travel, including all INDYCAR NTT Series races.

As the Damper Technician, you will be building, servicing, and testing dampers for the Race Team cars. In addition, you will be involved in the damper development process including attending Team 7 post rig tests. This role demands close attention to detail, and a sound understanding of the methods and processes required in building and testing dampers.
