Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, IN to support fast, accurate picking and packing for internal and external teams. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement by following ALPS standards.

You should have experience in a warehouse or distribution setting and be comfortable using computers and WMS tools. We offer healthcare, paid holidays and a competitive hourly salary of $18.50 to $21.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Adept at using computers and WMS technology.

Responsibilities

• Pick material/finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders.
• Load and unload goods, while verifying quantities and packaging integrity
• Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and non-conformity reporting to source.
• Control inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Organize stock efficiently and manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Execute production tasks in alignment with ALPS standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
