Job summary

Tri-State Forest Products, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our Indianapolis branch. You will develop strong relationships with new and existing customers and drive Tri-State product sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You should bring prior sales experience and a knowledge of building materials, with a proactive, self-motivated approach to meet targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred not required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Building material knowledge preferred not required.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mentality.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage account relationships.
• Market, service, and promote Tri-State products and services.
• Establish and maintain customers.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Effectively use systems and strategies for client prospecting and pipeline management.
