• 1–2 years of publicity, communications or editorial experience.
• Strong written and oral communicator with sound judgment on high-visibility topics.
• Based in Indianapolis and available for in-person media and events.
• BA/BS in communications or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive media outreach and build relationships with media.
• Draft press releases, media pitches and other materials for review.
• Support executive spokespeople with staffing interviews and media events.
• Manage operational aspects of media programs and podcasts.
• Contribute story ideas based on first‑party data and trends.
