Job summary

The Industry Strategy Manager of Digital Project Delivery at Autodesk will shape the strategy and go-to-market growth for project delivery across the Forma industry cloud, spanning design collaboration, data management, and coordination.

You will lead cross-functional programs, translate customer needs into product requirements, and partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Legal to package offerings and drive adoption worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS, BArch, BEng or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in the AEC industry, or in strategy, product management, or go-to-market roles serving it.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple disciplines including design collaboration and coordination.
• Experience planning/design production at project/program scale with schedules and forecasts.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information workflows and information requirements validation.
• Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools targeting architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the digital project delivery vision and strategy for Autodesk.
• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through launch with a shared plan.
• Shape strategy for design management and forecasting.
• Support regionalization of offerings with packaging, positioning, and compliance.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements, value propositions, and market positioning.
• Create business cases to drive channels, partnerships, and potential M&A initiatives.
• Monitor performance and adjust go-to-market plans based on usage and retention.
• Maintain the business plan for growth including adoption and migration paths.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on plays and enablement content.
• Represent Autodesk in industry organizations and events.
