Job Description

As an Industry Sales Director, you will lead a team of Global Account Managers to achieve sustained sales and market share growth for our products, solutions, and services. Your focus will be expanding our presence in the Warehouse and Logistics market. You will report to the Vice President - Industry Accounts and may work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 Global Account Managers.
  • Provide sales guidance to strategic accounts (End Users & OEMs).
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to meet goals.
  • Build executive relationships with key customers, positioning Rockwell Automation as a trusted partner.
  • Enhance our global profile in Warehouse and Logistics through thought leadership and industry engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, OEM segments, and global teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to defining industry and OEM strategic plans, including KPIs and growth opportunities.
  • Establish subject matter expert teams to drive strategic initiatives and growth.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and propose solutions to enhance our offerings.
  • Articulate the value of our solutions to clients at all organizational levels.
The Essentials - You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or IT.
  • 5+ years in technical sales, distribution, systems integration, or engineering.
  • Experience managing sales teams or distributors.
  • Experience working with industrial automation leaders and OEMs.
  • Global business and sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and executive presence.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.

This position is part of a job family; experience is a key factor. Compensation ranges from $181,280 to $271,920, with 60% base salary and 40% variable pay. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, parental leave, flexible schedule, and more. For details, visit www.raquickfind.com.
