Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is building a pool of qualified Workforce Solutions & Continuing Education trainers for the Quality Control area. Adjunct trainers are hired on a per course basis to deliver tailored sessions at CVTC campuses or client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum two years relevant occupational experience in the taught area.
• Experience in DOE, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Control, Lean desirable.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businesses to develop customized training or professional development seminars for employees in a field.
• Provide training designed to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with businesses to schedule training dates and times.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service.
• Participate in college activities and pursue ongoing professional development.
