Industry Managing Partner – Energy & Utilities

Join to apply for the Industry Managing Partner – Energy & Utilities role at DXC Technology.

Location: While this position is remote/virtual, you must be open to traveling up to 50% for client meetings and reside in the USA. Preferred locations include Houston, TX.

About The Role: We seek a seasoned Industry Managing Partner (IMP) to lead growth in DXC’s Consulting & Engineering Services in the Energy & Utilities sector in the Americas. The candidate should have deep industry knowledge, strong C-level advisory skills, and a track record of driving digital transformation in Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep knowledge of the Energy & Utilities landscape to connect client priorities with DXC’s digital solutions.
  • Identify and convert opportunities with existing and new clients by shaping value propositions and enabling sales teams.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, smart grids, digital twins, and emerging energy platforms. Represent DXC in the market and help expand our offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Global teams to develop offerings and ensure execution.
  • Drive customer success through modern, intelligent solutions supporting operational excellence, energy transition, and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities sector in industry roles or consulting/services firms.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, and Renewables.
  • Expertise in Consulting, Applications, Data, and AI solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.

What To Expect:

  • Join DXC’s Global Energy team and report to the Global Industry Lead for Energy & Utilities.
  • Help shape DXC’s energy strategy and offerings, with access to global resources and expertise.
  • Focus on the Americas while leveraging DXC’s global footprint.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and sales teams to create new growth opportunities.

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $114,200 to $212,000.
