Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for knowledge engineering and industry data work. You will lead discovery, ontology design (Knowledge Graph and Data Taxonomy) and lifecycle maintenance for client engagements.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, 2+ years domain experience in target industries, and 2+ years in team leadership within agile teams. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in knowledge engineering, data modeling, or industry data work with 1–2 years in AI/LLM-based work.
• At least 2 years of domain experience in insurance, communications & media, or retail in a client/analyst/consulting setting.
• Fluent with knowledge-graph technologies and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Minimum 2 years leading a team or workstream within a program.
• Minimum 4 years in agile engineering or consulting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead industry digital-brain delivery on a client engagement including discovery and baseline patterns.
• Design and build ontology and knowledge graph/data taxonomy.
• Oversee lifecycle management to keep the industry engine current.
• Coordinate across engagements with authority at Senior Manager level as applicable.
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on client need).
