Kearfott Corporation seeks a visionary Industry 4.0 Solutions Architect & Implementation Engineer to lead the digital transformation of manufacturing. you will design, deploy, and scale end-to-end IIoT ecosystems bridging factory operations with cloud and edge computing to enable self-optimizing, data-driven facilities.

You will define roadmaps, build prototypes, and work across plant engineers, data scientists, IT, and executives to reduce downtime and improve predictive maintenance using AI/ML

Qualifications

• Candidate has 3–5+ years deploying hardware, software, and networking in manufacturing.
• Strong programming (Python, C++ or PLC coding) and database familiarity (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with IoT edge devices, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure).
• US Citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Architect end-to-end Industry 4.0 systems integrating cloud/edge with MES/ERP.
• Develop and implement data pipelines to extract and process factory data.
• Create dashboards for live manufacturing visibility.
• Define the digital transformation roadmap with high-ROI automation opportunities.
