Qualifications

• 1-2 years of investment banking experience.
• Current Investment Banking Analyst 2, or 3.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and merger models.
• Prepare pitch books, board presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry, market, company, and buyer universe research.
• Support execution of live M&A transactions from launch through closing.
• Assist with due diligence processes and transaction coordination.
• Analyze company financial statements, operating metrics, and strategic positioning.
• Draft CIMs, management presentations, and transaction-related materials.
• Work closely with senior bankers on client-facing initiatives and deal execution.
