The position offers lean deal teams with meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction process and direct exposure to executives. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of investment banking experience, or MBA experience.
• Strong experience in financial modeling and valuation.
• Prior M&A and sell-side advisory experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required or ability to obtain following employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day project management and execution across M&A, advisory, and financing transactions.
• Develop and oversee complex financial models, valuation analyses, and corporate finance scenarios.
• Evaluate potential M&A and financing opportunities through company, industry, and market analysis.
• Perform valuation analysis using methodologies including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Conduct financial, operational, and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare transaction and marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Analyze company financial statements, projections, business plans, and industry trends.
• Help lead deal pitches, including idea generation and strategic analysis.
• Work closely with senior bankers to provide strategic and financial advice to clients.
• Develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and strong industry knowledge.
• Mentor and oversee junior team members throughout transaction execution.
