• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and IB products, with Industrials focus preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior bankers.
• Develop client presentation materials including background research, analysis, and drafting.
• Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
• Perform detailed valuation analysis including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and LBO analysis.
• Support product partners and monitor execution of transactions to meet client expectations.
• Adhere to compliance procedures and risk controls.
