Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
3+ years in Industrial Investment Banking with bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with MBA.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and IB products, with Industrials focus preferred.
Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide support to senior bankers.
Develop client presentation materials including background research, analysis, and drafting.
Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
Perform detailed valuation analysis including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and LBO analysis.
Support product partners and monitor execution of transactions to meet client expectations.
Adhere to compliance procedures and risk controls.
