Actalent is seeking an Industrialization Project Engineer to lead the transfer of new products to manufacturing at our Wurtland, KY facility. The role focuses on defining scope, timelines, and resource plans while coordinating across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrialization, process engineering, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with equipment installation and process validation.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization projects from concept to full-scale production, ensuring smooth transfer to manufacturing.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Manage design, installation, validation, and ramp-up of new equipment and modifications.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards at every stage.
• Monitor progress, risks, and KPIs for stakeholders.
