Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an Industrialization Leader to drive product development from concept through full production in a fast-paced environment. You will design manufacturing processes, oversee DFM, apply APQP tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize volume, quality, and issue resolution.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering, with experience in NPI, Lean, PFMEA, and DFMA. Travel is expected to support domestic/international programs.

Qualifications

3+ years in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
Experience supporting NPI launches and production ramp.
Familiarity with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and launch manufacturing processes to meet volume and quality goals.
Review drawings per DFM guidelines and participate in design reviews.
Develop PFMEAs, Control Plans, DFMA, and work instructions; perform root-cause analysis.
