Rockwell Automation is seeking an Industrialization Engineering Manager to lead a team of Industrialization Engineers and drive NPI and CI initiatives that improve productivity, cost, quality, and automation. You will coordinate with Design Engineering, ISC Integration Managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
The role emphasizes resource management, engineering development, and delivering strategic manufacturing projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not provided).
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage a team of Industrialization Engineers, providing coaching and career development.
- Steer key NPI and CI projects in an agile environment.
- Partner with Design Engineering and ISC Integration Managers to support upfront NPI and product introductions.
- Oversee DFA, cost analysis, automation analysis, and manufacturing cost estimates for new and existing lines.
