Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, process engineering, or NPI within a product development and manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross functional project teams delivering structured outcomes.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Define and own manufacturing deliverables by development phase, including readiness plans, industrialization timelines, and launch criteria.
• Prepare and present manufacturing readiness status, risks, and mitigation actions, Stage & Gate milestones and program reviews.
• Partner with Product Design & Engineering to apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles and ensure manufacturability is addressed early and continuously.
• Develop, review, or improve manufacturing documentation required for launch (process flows, work instructions, training requirements, quality controls).
• Lead or support APQP aligned deliverables (process flow, PFMEA input, control plan inputs, training plans, readiness evidence).
• Coordinate process capability validation at production rates; support data driven resolution of variation or tolerance risks affecting launch timing or quality.
