Job summary

LFS, Inc. is seeking a self-driven sales and customer service professional in Anchorage to engage with commercial and wholesale customers, solicit orders, and manage deliveries.

The role requires strong product and industry knowledge across plumbing, electrical, hardware, and related industrial lines. You will handle on-floor and phone inquiries, perform cold calls, and occasionally visit customer locations to support orders and relationships.

Qualifications

• Three years’ sales experience.
• Industry knowledge in one or more industrial categories.
• Associate degree or two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit orders from regular and prospective commercial, industrial, and wholesale customers.
• Talk with customers on sales floor or by phone; cold calls and occasional travel.
• Manage emails and incoming calls from customers.
• Estimate date of delivery to customer and arrange pickup or delivery options.
• Source non-stock items and coordinate with purchasing.
