Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an instructor to teach an accredited Welding Technologies program, blending fundamentals with hands-on practice in a fully equipped welding facility. You will lead immersive labs, instill a safety-first mindset, and align training with current industry standards.

You will evaluate progress and provide actionable feedback, cultivating professionalism and continuous improvement. No teaching background required—comprehensive instructor training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of pipe and/or structural welding experience.
• Proficiency in MIG/TIG/Stick/FCAW welding processes.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
