Lincoln Tech is seeking a Welding Educator to join our Welding program in Mahwah, New Jersey. The role focuses on teaching welding technologies and providing hands-on training while emphasizing safety and compliance.

No prior teaching experience is required, as Lincoln Tech offers comprehensive training. The position includes full-time benefits and opportunities to mentor the next generation of skilled welders in a fully equipped facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of field welding experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, SMAW and FCAW processes, and Plasma Cutting.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.
• Provide hands-on welding training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Support student growth, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Motivate and engage students to foster a positive learning environment.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress regularly.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Welding Technology.

• Motivate and Engage Students: Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere to enhance student learning and enthusiasm.

• Prepare Students for Successful Careers: Equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a successful and in-demand career in Welding Technology.
