Job summary

Eaton’s ES GDCO division is seeking a Welder - 1st Shift for the Worcester, MA team. The position offers an hourly rate of $23.00 and a shift from 5:30am to 2:00pm. The role involves performing MIG/TIG welding and fabricating metal structures to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include setup, maintaining weld quality, and supporting team goals. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or welding certification, and be within 50 miles of Worcester. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months welding experience or welding certification.
• Preferred 1 year weld experience in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform MIG/TIG welding operations.
• Ensure weld quality and compliance with Worcester Plant standards.
• Maintain equipment and keep workstation clean and safe.
• Assist with training and continuous improvement efforts.
