Arcosa Telecom Structures, LLC in Muskogee, OK is seeking a skilled welder for our fabrication team. The role requires reading engineering drawings, setting up welding equipment, and performing arc and gas welding processes on heavy manufacturing parts.

You will operate fabrication tools, bolt and tack-weld assemblies, and repair components as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards. A GED or high school diploma and 2+ years welding experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years related welding experience.
• Three years’ experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Pass welding pre-employment test.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Responsabilités

• Selects fabrication equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding procedures.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
• Sets up equipment and welds parts using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment.
• May assemble parts by bolting.
• Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts.
• Maintain tools and equipment; ensure compliance with safety and ISO programs.
