Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a welder and fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for layout, cut, and various metal shapes and sizes.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow OSHA guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Layout/manufacturing of electric overhead bridge cranes.
• Perform welding tasks on steel, aluminum, and other metals using MIG, TIG, SAW, FCAW processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts and assemblies for overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
• Assemble fabricated components into final products, ensuring structural integrity and alignment.
• Inspect and test welds and finished products to ensure safety, specifications, and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in fabrication shop or on-site.
