Job summary

IRONWORKS WELDING INC. seeks a skilled fabricator/welder to perform high quality cuts and welds on gates, vessels, cattle guards and structural steel assemblies.

You will work from engineering drawings, weld procedure specs and fabrication schematics in a busy indoor shop. Responsibilities include welding in multiple positions, preparing joints, grinding, cleaning, and maintaining weld quality, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Must pass welding test and safety checks.
• Able to stand, lift up to 75 lb, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld gates, vessels, and structural steel.
• Prepare joints, grind, clean, and ensure weld quality.
• Support testing and NDE activities as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies.
